Return Process

  Log into your Audioshop account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack with Care

  Securely place the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure eligibility for a full refund.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned unit, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 3-5 business days.
